We offer a wide range of services including glass and aluminium fabrication (windows, standard screens, and doors), timber and aluminium front doors, cabinet making, locksmith services and home security solutions, security screens (we are a Crimsafe authorized installer), aluminium roller shutters (standard and cyclone), and internal blinds and shutters.
How can I get a quote for your services?
To get a quote, please fill out our contact form or give us a call. We will arrange a convenient time to visit your location for a free measurement. After gathering the necessary information, our team will prepare a detailed quote. For larger projects, expect a turnaround time of 7-10 days. Smaller jobs typically receive a price estimate within 24 hours.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 4pm on Friday.
Do you offer custom-made products?
Yes, we specialize in custom-made products tailored to meet your specific needs. Whether it's custom windows and doors, bespoke cabinetry, or tailored security solutions, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life.
Are you a Crimsafe authorised installer?
Yes, we are a Crimsafe authorized installer, offering top-tier security screens that provide robust protection without compromising on aesthetics.
What areas do you service?
We proudly service the Burdekin area, including Ayr, Home Hill, Brandon, and Giru, and we frequently travel to Bowen and surrounding regions.
What types of shutters do you offer?
We offer both standard aluminium roller shutters and cyclone-rated shutters for enhanced protection. Our shutters are designed to provide robust security and durability, suitable for various weather conditions.
Do you provide locksmith services?
Yes, we offer comprehensive locksmith services, including key cutting, lock installation, and advanced home security solutions, such as Crimsafe screens, locks, and safes. Please note we do not offer a call out Locksmith service
How long does it take to receive a quote?
For larger projects, you can expect a quote within 7-10 days after the initial measurement. For smaller jobs, such as replacing a window, door, or lock, we typically provide a price estimate within 24 hours.
Can you help with home modifications for seniors or people with disabilities?
Yes, we offer Home Assist Secure services and have a long-standing relationship with service organizers to provide critical home maintenance, safety upgrades, and minor modifications for Queenslanders aged 60 and over, or those with disabilities.
